Unable to View Security Certificate UI

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on the lock in the location bar (left of the https)
2. Click 'Details'
3. click on 'View Certificate' 

What is the expected behavior?
The Certificate Window should have come up and with certificate Details.

What went wrong?
The Certificate window comes as blank and longer than expected. As shown in the attached screenshot

Did this work before? Yes I tried it before updating to MacOS Sierra & on Chrome 52. 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Trent, can you take a look. It seems a dupe of  issue 643123  that you fixed, with slightly different observed behavior. I tested this on Stable OS 10.12 and was able to reproduce. Not reproducible on Canary.

Actually, never mind. Think this should be closed as a dupe.

@ndxsidhu: This is fixed in the latest canary and should work correctly in the next stable version i.e. M54.

Thanks. I downloaded and checked this on canary and its working on my canary.
