Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit any webpage with a dropdown select element while in mobile / responsive view

2. Click the dropdown as if to select an option 

What is the expected behavior?
Dropdown options appear below or above the select object with a list of options.

What went wrong?
The dropdown options appear as a black box lower and to the right of the responsive page (outside of the web content frame). The options cannot be read, but can be selected with the keyboard.

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes It was working within the last few days. (I don't know the version number I was using)

Does this work in other browsers? Yes
