I wasn't able to understand your issue based on the animated gif, and the URL you provided doesn't seem to match the gif. If you're still having this issue, can you please describe what is incorrect, with reproduction steps?

I'm not seeing anything when I click on the hamburger next to Title. Please put together a reduced test case where we can read the code and understand what's going on.

I was able to reproduce the behavior you've shown in your video, but I can't diagnose it. I've only seen the draggable attribute on your table's header columns, so there's some angular/mdl behavior that's hard to debug. Your code bundle is minified and there's too much going on on your page.

If you want this issue investigated, please post a _minimal_ reduction. Please don't use minified code, and remove the irrelevant code. For example, you can statically populate the table instead of having "get data" buttons. Also, as the bug template suggests, we strongly prefer textual reproduction steps. Videos that illustrate the situation are fine as long as they're supporting material, and not the only description.

1. yes I use angular mdl and from npmjs so code is minified and I have problem with this behavior of code I don't know how reproduce it with a minimal code to get your work easier ! . in fact I don't need help here I just  set my question to you and your CHROMIUM team, dude, I'm not employee or contributor. I take my time to get this question so if you are interested you will search why this happends, if not close it it's not my problem. i'm not here to supply you or I didn't pay support to have something from you , I think I help community (final users) if I post a question, If I think it's bug or something like that ! so please don't ask me to give you minimal code because it's relative and it take me a lot of time ! because in my relative consideration of "minimal code" => THIS ABOVE IS MINIMAL if we compare my project ! 
2. the most important : please apologize if I'm so direct, I don't know you and you help me, do you help me because you wnat HELP ME ? or do you help me because you want to correct an BUG of chromium ! that's question ! but be sure I'm not so arrogant as you need first of all "thanks for response" even if it's not for me directly !
