What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to  2-3 webpage.
(2)Navigate to chrome://history/, select any one entry such that cancel and delete button appears
(3)Zoom in the page to 125% ,Resize the page towards left from R.H.S.
(4)Now scroll the horizontal scroll bar and observe the delete button.

Actual: Delete button appears to be chopped even after zooming the page.

Expected: Delete button should be visible even after zooming the page.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M53' and will soon update other info.
