Cherry picking r282920 introduced the issue, so it looks like the culprit. Hans, can you please take a look?

Thanks for bisecting! If fixing takes a while, maybe we can revert r282920 in the meantime so that trunk stays green.

This turned out to be the same as http://bugs.llvm.org//show_bug.cgi?id=31257, which was fixed in r295262. I've re-enabled conditional tail calls for Win64 in r295357. |
