RenderThreadImplGpuMemoryBufferBrowserTest.Map test is disabled

RenderThreadImplGpuMemoryBufferBrowserTest.Map (previously ChildThreadImplGpuMemoryBufferBrowserTest.Map) has been disabled. It passes locally, but it failed on some bots when it was landed originally. The tests are useful, and it should be possible to turn them on.

They used to be flaky because of some browser shut down race. Might be fixed these days so probably worth a try to enable them.
