[Findit] Add trybot support for new webkit builders

master.chromium.webkit has some new builders:

'WebKit Linux Precise Leak'
'WebKit Linux Precise'
'WebKit Linux Precise (dbg)'
'WebKit Linux Precise MSAN'
'WebKit Linux Precise ASAN'

Meanwhile, the following builders have been deprecated:
'WebKit Linux ASAN'
'WebKit Linux non-Oilpan ASAN'
'WebKit Win non-Oilpan'
'WebKit Linux (dbg)'
'WebKit Linux'
'WebKit Linux MSAN'
'WebKit Linux Leak'
'Webkit Linux non-Oilpan Leak'
'WebKit Win non-Oilpan (dbg)'
'WebKit Linux non-Oilpan'

Remove the 'oilpan' builders and remap the linux builders to Linux Precise if compatible.
