We should check and see if this repros with PDFium's third_party/freetype, rather than Chromium's third_party/freetype2. The latter is old and outdated on purpose.

And also if it repros with system freetype, on an up to date Linux box.

- Can't repro with PDFium's bundled Freetype.
- Can't repro with system Freetype.
