Mouse speed is too high for Apple Magic Mouse 2

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.77.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.87 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8530.77.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Pair Apple Magic Mouse 2
2. Set mouse speed to lowest
3. Move the mouse

What is the expected behavior?
Mouse is usable

What went wrong?
Mouse speed is too fast, moving the cursor across the screen requires moving the mouse about an inch.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8530.77.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Is there any chance this will be worked on? It should be an easy fix, by just lowering the minimum speed, right?

Could this still be worked on? I think it would be a matter of lowering the minimum mouse speed somewhere.
