What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Settings > Site settings > Notifications (or Javascript, etc)
(2) Look at expansion arrow next to any exceptions

What is the expected output?
Arrow points down when collapsed / up when expanded.

What do you see instead?
Arrow points up when collapsed / down when expanded.
