Currently, our system health benchmark smoke test only assert that all system health stories run without having errors, e.g: crashes.

However, it might be possible to enable all the tracing categories required for all the system health metrics (memory, loading, cpuMetric...) & assert that the most important metrics do exist & are non zeroes in the result. This would help prevent issue 649061.
