Steps to reproduce the problem:
Visit a page with a select element

Enable Developer Tools with F12

Enable device emulation / device toolbar (CTRL + SHIFT + M)

Choose a mobile device (i.e. Nexus 5X)

Click the select element

What is the expected behavior?
The select element options display as a standard drop down, directly underneath the select element

What went wrong?
The select element options appear as a black box somewhere unrelated on the screen. Screenshot attached (I manually filled the box in black in Paint.NET as pasting the PrintScreen in displayed it as a transparent region)
