Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start chrome. 2. Type anything into Google Australia search bar. 3. Immediately redirects me to basic google search then I am forced to search again which then brings up very broken looking list of websites and I have no image search tools. What is the expected behavior? I will have to same result every time, nothing looks like normal chrome does. What went wrong? I am not sure. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 The images attached are in order of what I did, hopefully they can provide the information that my words cannot.

Verified google chrome version, I assume it has been automatically updating as I did not need update it after following directions from chrome's help website. I am still experiencing the same problems. Perhaps it would be a good idea to fully uninstall google chrome then reinstall it? I am currently using another browser to use the internet but would very much like to return to chrome once this problem is cleared up.

Thank you both for trying to assist my problem. I recently found out the reason for google chrome losing some of it's functions was because my computer had been infected with a spyware or malware of some kind which was slowly locking me out of my computer. I have since removed it and restored the settings that were affected back to their default options. I appreciate your attempt/s at trying to rectify my situation, thanks.
