General Fullscreen compression

Reported by afinenda...@gmail.com, Oct 3 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.103 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8530.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel orco

Example URL:
http://www.playretrogames.com/3163-metroid http://pocketstarships.com/eng/play/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Retro games
1. select a game.
2. click the fullscreen icon in the preloader

Pocket Starships
1. start the game.
2. Click the blue fullscreen icon in the top right.

What is the expected behavior?
It would keep the same resolution as when it not fullscreend

What went wrong?
It compressed the game making the pixels blury

Did this work before? N/A

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.103 Channel: stable
OS Version: 8530.81.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

it doesn't seem to effect Pocket Starships so it might only compress a small picture/game.

Note that this only applies to a certain fullscreen "program" that uses the following message/permission.

292 KB View Download
Zoomed in.png
32.9 KB View Download
Starships Permission.png
688 KB View Download

Oh and It fix this you could add a settings to fullscreens

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
as per #1, this is fixed by adding a setting
what does per #1 mean? I don't know how to add settings and to my knowledge there's no current setting to change compression on Adobe Flash player when you fullscreen.
I also noticed that some games/media doesn't have this problem
