Freeze loading

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
all the software

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome
2. freeze and waiting to be ok
3. need clean all cache etc..
4. and after ok but its long

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
freeze

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Thank you for posting this issue. If you are having trouble using Chrome, try the following steps: 

1.Try creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.
2.Turn off hardware acceleration (Go to Settings. Click on "Show advanced settings" and scroll to the "System" section.Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available" and restart Google Chrome)
3.If the problem persists, please recheck this issue on chrome latest canary and kindly let us know the same issue still seen there or not?
