@charlesmclaughlin914, unable to reproduce this issue on the following OS platforms, Windows and Mac with latest stable chrome version 53.0.2785.143 Steps we followed during the test 1. Opened google chrome. 2. Navigated to google hangouts. 3. Clicked on the video call. 4. Observed both audio and video working fine. Could you please let us know if the above steps is the right way to reproduce this issue? if not, please let us know the actual steps to check this issue from chrome - TE end.
