CSS clicking outside of editbox reverts the change

Reported by henkgira...@gmail.com, Oct 1 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open dev-tools
2. change background-color of an object to something with light and chrome gives you suggestions for every color that starts with light. Click on a color and it defaults to lightblue.

What is the expected behavior?
Changing to the correct selected color

What went wrong?
it defaults to lightblue.

Summary: CSS clicking outside of editbox reverts the change (was: background-color)
I can repro it on 53 as well as on ToT. If you click outside of the editbox it reverts the change.
