Issue description
Chrome Version : 53.0.2785.143 (Oficiální sestavení) m (64bitový)

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) install Windows 10 KB update KB3194496
(2) try to launch chrome
What is the expected result?
Launch chrome
What happens instead?
chrome will launch but all extensions fail, shows aw snap on all atempted websites including chrome:// addresses. The only way to launch chrome is to add no-sandbox flag when starting.
I can't open the Report bug dialog in chrome though even with the no-sandbox flag to get the browser working

Unfortunately, I've completely reinstalled chrome while trying to solve the issue, so there are no crashes recorded. Also the issue resolved itself after I rebooted the machine twice and suddenly it started working without the no sandbox flag. Should I update the issue?
