What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) install Windows 10 KB update KB3194496
(2) try to launch chrome

What is the expected result?
Launch chrome

What happens instead?
chrome will launch but all extensions fail, shows aw snap on all atempted websites including chrome:// addresses. The only way to launch chrome is to add no-sandbox flag when starting.
I can't open the Report bug dialog in chrome though even with the no-sandbox flag to get the browser working

Thanks for filing the issue, Are you able to see any crash ID's under chrome://crashes. Could you please provide them for further investigation?

Thanks!
Unfortunately, I've completely reinstalled chrome while trying to solve the
issue, so there are no crashes recorded. Also the issue resolved itself
after I rebooted the machine twice and suddenly it started working without
the no sandbox flag. Should I update the issue?
