no h.264 support for the newest chromium build

Example URL:
https://www.youtube.com/html5 https://www.youtube.com/live (any youtube live stream)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any youtube livestream
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
It displays video

What went wrong?
It doesn't

Did this work before? Yes Probably at the stable chrome versions

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 55.0.2878.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

While writing this I'm using the latest chromium snapshot from https://download-chromium.appspot.com/

Tested the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.116 using chrome version 53.0.2785.143 and canary 55.0.2879.0 with the below steps

1. Open the URL https://www.youtube.com/html5 
2.Observed the screen as like attached screen shot Auswahl_016.png
3.The other URL https://www.youtube.com/live is working fine.

Seeing the same behaviour on firefox as well.Please check the attached screen shot and confirm if anything missed here.

ping patently.paul@gmail.com again. None of us repro this bug on Mac, Win, or Linux + Chrome 55.0.2882.0 build. Are you using Chrome or Chromium?
