Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click green icon to click Details link
2. Click View Certificate in Dev Tools
3. Certificate dialog is tall

What is the expected behavior?
Either the ability to resize the dialog or have it automatically shrink to fit screen.

What went wrong?
First screenshot shows the certificate dialog. I was unable to hit the Ok button because it was off-screen. Fortunately, hitting enter allows me to proceed.

Second screenshot shows the certificate dialog only showing the Ok button. I was unable to view the certificate information.

I use an Apple cinema display at work and currently this behaviour occurs when I'm not using the display. Not sure if it's still holding onto the other display dimensions.
