Your concern is understandable, unfortunately you have submitted this to the Chromium bug tracker and that does not represent a problem with the web browser.

There are a few possible reasons why you could see that error message, and one of them is that somebody with access to the network connection between you and Facebook is trying to hijack it. Another possible cause is that you are connected to a captive portal (such as an airport or hotel wifi), which blocks connections until you pay for access or agree to terms of service.
What does that mean?Should I haven't submitted this issue to Chromium bug tracker or, I should have submitted this issue to somewhere else?
Please inform me about your reply clearly.
