[telemetry] page_cycler_v2.typical_25 is not recording any actual results

I just ran telemety page_cycler_v2.typical_25 on an x86_64 Chromebook (lumpy), ChromeOS version R55-8845.0.0; Google Chrome 55.0.2869.0


The page cycler test seemed to run just fine, and it generated a results file, but if you look at the data in the results file ALL THE RESULT VALUES ARE 0!!

This cannot be correct. This is a recent change.
