Bookmarks window glitchy in M-54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open chrome:bookmarks
(2) Click between folders of ~5-20 bookmarks
(3) Hit F5

Observe: Bookmarks start to disappear. Resizing the window makes them appear again. (Sometimes hitting F5 isn't even necessary and this repros on first load)

Select a folder with no bookmarks. Hit F5. Note that UI has shrunk to the point where folder list no longer visible. Resizing the window does not fix.

M-53 and M-55 do not exhibit this issue. Reproduced on two different machines.

Same happened to me.
Version: Versión 54.0.2840.41 beta-m (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10

This does not repro on either of my 54.0.2850.50 machines that repro'd in 54.2840

For posterity, I meant to say "This does not repro on either of my 54.0.2840.50 machines that repro'd the issue in 54.0.2840.41." 

I browsed through the commit history between those versions but was not able to determine where the fix came in.
