Keyboard fails to focus Allow/block device location in Chrome on Android

Issue descriptionChrome Version : Tip of Master URLs (if applicable) : https://www.google.com/maps Other browsers tested: N/A Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: N/A Firefox: N/A IE: N/A What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Connect Nexus tablet to a Bluetooth keyboard. (2) Navigate to https://www.google.com/maps (3) Wait for the Allow/Block location pop-up to show on the webpage (4) Tab navigate to Allow/Block pop-up. What is the expected result? Should be able to focus on Allow/Block pop-up using Bluetooth keyboard. What happens instead? Does not focus on Allow/Block pop-up. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
