What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect Nexus tablet to a Bluetooth keyboard.
(2) Navigate to https://www.google.com/maps
(3) Wait for the Allow/Block location pop-up to show on the webpage
(4) Tab navigate to Allow/Block pop-up.

What is the expected result?
Should be able to focus on Allow/Block pop-up using Bluetooth keyboard.

What happens instead?
Does not focus on Allow/Block pop-up.
