Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to some audio sink over Bluetooth 
2. Go to URL: http://webaudiodemos.appspot.com/TouchPad/index.html
3. No sound comes out when touching the pads in the demo page. The audio context's `currentTime` always stays at zero.
4. To get the sound playing again, disconnect from Bluetooth and reload the page.

I can reproduce this every time on a Galaxy Tab S.

This works fine in Chrome 52 on my laptop. It's strange that the currentTime always remains zero. As far as I understand, the current time should start running as soon as the context is created.
