Checked Gecko and Edge, and they both have SVGUnitTypes expose still, so my c#1 should probably be disregarded for now. (Kind of suspected that would be the case...)

Firefox has been updated to work more like Chrome. See https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/291 for details.
