Issue descriptionhttp://w3c-test.org/quirks-mode/percentage-height-calculation.html http://w3c-test.org/quirks-mode/table-cell-nowrap-minimum-width-calculation.html These failures need analysis, but may point to low-hanging fruit for improving interop. Judgement is required, the failures may be entangled with spec issues. See issue 651572 for the source of this data, which includes failing subtests. Note: Results may have changed in the interim.

More recent results: https://wpt.fyi/results/quirks/percentage-height-calculation.html?label=experimental https://wpt.fyi/results/quirks/table-cell-nowrap-minimum-width-calculation.html?label=experimental In both there are still tests that fail in Chrome and Safari but pass in Edge and Firefox.
