What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>Navigate to above URL>>Click on Add App>>
(2)Launch App>>Wait until the app loads completely and click on minimize button
(3)Now maximize the app window and observe. (Please refer video)
 
Expected: No such blank window should be seen on maximizing the app window.
Actual: Instead blank app window is seen

This is Non- Regression issue as it is also seen in M53.
