Regression: Dark black color drop down arrow icon is seen for search engine.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 55.0.2876.0 (Official Build) 5c0e46df680c3284a99ae05aafaf52078674ea2d-refs/heads/master@{#421986}
Os: Mac(10.10.4,10.11.5),Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/
2. Observe the dropdown arrow icon of search engine.

Actual: Dark black color drop down arrow icon is seen.
Expected: Color of the drop down should be proper.

This is regression issue,broken ‘M55’ and will soon update the bisect info.

Good build:55.0.2875.0
Bad build:55.0.2876.0

Will soon update Linux OS info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:55.0.2875.0(Revision: 421703).
Bad build: 55.0.2876.0 (Revision: 421986).

You are probably looking for a change made after 421975 (known good), but no later than 421976 (first known bad).

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This is not a bug. We are moving to native <select>, see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=651513. We might restore the arrow to look exactly as before, but it's not a bug.
