Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go go any site e.g https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list 2. Open developer tool and Change to device mode e.g ipad 3. Click on any select element, the portion of select element go away with black rectangle What is the expected behavior? portion of select element need be attached with it What went wrong? portion of select element go away with black rectangle Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 when I update to Chrome version 51.0.... issue appeared It not appeared before

Yes, thank you for reply. I'm using Dev Tool to test mobile view. I didn't have time to create fake bug. Of course, if Dev Tool run ok I will use it for my work, else I need looking for other. Thank you
