CTS child job failures on Cyan

There are several child jobs which failed during provisioning stage under these parent jobs.

Curious if this is common a case or was due to some lab issue when these jobs were scheduled? Would that be useful to retry these jobs due to infra/lab/device failures instead of failing?

This is an M53 stable build with very minor changes from the previous M53 stable build so I think the build should be fine.
