Issue description1) Decrease CQ failure rates a) fix CQ flakes b) catch bad CLs in pre-cqs c) ect. 2) Increase CQ frequency a) cancel CQ/slaves when necessary b) investigate time usage on each stage, decrease the time used when necessary. c) ect. 3) Develop potential projects to improve the CQ performance.

this bug was open to track progress of reducing CQ latency last year. All sub-bugs were closed except issue 651589. I'll close this bug and keep 651589 open. |
