Regular text and braille characters do not align

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Plug in an external braille display
2. Turn on contracted Grade2 braille
3. Observe that the text to speech display on the top has regular text and braille text that are not aligned.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Code was never written to align the text and braille.

Did this work before? No

Aligns text to braille in chromevox.

In the chromevox text to speech display where braille and regular text is shown one on top of the other, the texts are not aligned. This causes friction when looking between the braille and regular text.
