Right now, we need the app-specific resources for the mus apps deployed on the device. A number of the apps do not have their own resources. However, because all of them depend on views, these app bring in the default set of resources views-mus depends on (views_mus_resources.pak). So we end up with multiple copies of these resources on device.

Also, a number of these resources (all?) are included in chrome's resource file too. So it'd be good to not have to push any of the resource files at all to the device if possible.
