Currently the deployment script does not fully update the servo host before installing the dut.  This can cause issues like https://buganizer.corp.google.com/issues/31592107#comment3.

I propose adding an additional method (_update_servo_host) in _install_and_update_afe() to explicitly update the servo host (if detected) prior to _create_host().
