Inline spelling marker not scaled onHiDPI

OS: Chrome, Win (Soon Linux as well when Zoom for DSF is enabled by default)

Inline spelling markers are not scaled correctly when dsf for zoom is enabled.

Confirmed. Not very noticeable until you get to 2x or above.
