Possible CSS issues with latest update

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Please view the attached video.

What is the expected behavior?
This is a new bug with the latest update. I have a flashcard application, and when I flip a card it should display the text after the transition.

What went wrong?
This is a new bug with the latest update, works fine on older versions of Chrome. I have a flashcard application, and when I flip a card it no longer displays the text after the transition. (Please see the attached video.)

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

I am thinking it is a issue with CSS Transitions and/or Transforms.
Here is what is looks like when it works properly.

Reporter@ - Could you please provide a sample url to reproduce this issue.
I played around with the CSS and ended up adding "display: block; / display: none;" on each transition (the active side being block and the other side being none). That fixed the problem. It is odd that it was occuring, since it worked on the previous version. But the issue seems to be resolved.
