Every time I want to download something with chrome it says the file already exists and if I want to overwrite it or not, even I make sure I download in an empty folder.


Steps to reproduce:
(1) Click on a direct link to download something.
(2)
(3)

Expected result:
Chrome downloads the file and asks if I want to open it

Actual result:
Chrome says there is already a file with the same name and asks if I want to replace it. Even if the download folder is empty
