What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,Navigate to above URl and Sign In with valid credentials.
(2)Open a chat window and start a video call.(via clicking on camera icon)
(3)Resize the video call window ,Click on menu icon and select "Full screen" option.
(4)Observe.

Actual:Unwanted scroll bar is seen on selecting "Full screen" option.(Kindly refer the video)

Expected:No such scroll bar should be seen on selecting "Full screen" option.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-46 i.e 46.0.2458.0
