Regression:Unnecessary black lines are seen on giving print command in md-history page

Issue description55.0.2875.0 (Official Build) 065f3e402db7b3bb85f648586b8d63769c24edde-refs/heads/master@{#421703}(32/64-bit) OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and generate some history by visiting any web page. (2)Now go to chrome://history and give print command(Ctrl+P) (3)Observe. Actual:Unnecessary black lines are seen on giving print command.(Kindly refer the video) Expected:No such black lines should be seen on giving print command. This is a Regression issue broken in M-55,will soon update the bisect info. Kindly review the attached screen shot for reference.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:55.0.2851.0(Revision: 416559). Bad build: 55.0.2853.0 (Revision: 416812). You are probably looking for a change made after 416806 (known good), but no later than 416807 (first known bad).
