On duplicated tab and refreshing ignore css styles in first tab

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. duplicate tab
2. refreshing page on duplicated tab
3. in first tab is page without css styles

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Ignores CSS styles after refreshing page on duplicated tab

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

tominokov@ - Could you please provide the expected behavior and a sample url if possible to repro this issue.

Also please elaborate what the actual behaviour is by providing a screenshot.

i updated to new version "53.0.2785.143 m" and can't repro this issue, it looks fixed ;)
