Can't copy images with chrome://theme URLs

OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.5), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://version and press Cmd+A (to ‘Select All’).
2) Now press Cmd+P, under ‘Options’ select ‘Selection only’.
3) Observe Print preview.

Broken Chrome icon is seen in Print preview.

Chrome icon should not be seen in Print preview on selecting ‘Selection only’.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-48, below is the bisect info

Somehow we can't serialize <img src="chrome://theme/IDR_PRODUCT_LOGO"> element
 but we still can serialize images linking to normal http resource.
Thus this is chrome:// only failure.

As of 62.0.3168.0, the icon just disappears. Not sure if that is considered fixed or not.

Adding Blink component since the CL that regressed this was in WebKit, and the print preview UI does not perform layout.

Summary: Can't copy images with chrome://theme URLs (was: Regression: Unnecessary broken Chrome icon is seen in Print preview for chrome://version page.)
I don't think this has anything really to do with print preview.  Images with chrome:// URLS probably just can't be copied on the clipboard.  Eg. right click on any image in any web page and select 'copy' and you can paste it into Gmail, but not the chrome image on chrome://version.  The chrome://theme URLs are special, so this isn't too surprising.  Not sure if it's worth trying to fix or not.

The image copying issue still repros on Chrome 68, but does not repro anymore in canary (70.0.3516.0). I was able to copy the image from chrome://version into Gmail.

Removing DataTransfer label, as the Print Preview issue still repros in canary.
