Issue descriptionChrome Version:55.0.2875.0 (Official Build) 065f3e402db7b3bb85f648586b8d63769c24edde-refs/heads/master@{#421703} 32/64-bit OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10) Precondition:Make sure long history is present in chrome://history page such that scroll bar appears. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history (2)Click on page and press "home" and "end" button to scroll up/down,observe. Actual: Home and end button for scrolling doesn't work in chrome://history/ page Expected: Home and end button for scrolling should work properly in chrome://history/ page This is a regression issue broken in 'M55' and will soon update other info.

Correction in steps: 1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history 2.Press tab key till focus reaches actions icon of visited history. 3.Click on page and press "home" and "end" button to scroll up/down,observe. Actual: Home and end button for scrolling doesn't work in chrome://history/ page Expected: Home and end button for scrolling should work properly in chrome://history/ page

You are probably looking for a change made after 419955 (known good), but no later than 419956 (first known bad). Updating the latest behavior of the bug. Issue is still observed on latest Dev M56-56.0.2891.0. calamity@ Any update on this bug? Could you please take a look in it if this is related to your change, else please feel free to reassign to the concerned dev person who can work on it.
