This is a Flash game, and the rendering is inside the Flash area, presumably it's supposed to be a text bubble. Please try another browser and see if the issue repeats, because most likely this is a Flash or web site bug and not a Chrome bug. I tried reproducing in Firefox but it says I need a plugin.
