Regression : ‘Other’ radio button text and 'faint text' is seen misaligned in chrome://md-settings.

Issue description

Chrome Version : 55.0.2875.0 (Official Build) 065f3e402db7b3bb85f648586b8d63769c24edde-refs/heads/master@{#421703} (32/64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page.
2. Go to ‘Appearance’ section and check the ‘Show home button’ checkbox.
3. Observe the ‘Other’ radio button.

Actual : ‘Other’ and faint text is seen misaligned.
Expected : ‘Other’ and faint text should have proper alignment.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-55’, below is the Manual Regression and will soon update bisect info.
Good build : 55.0.2863.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 419344 (known good), but no later than 419345 (first known bad).
