Update the default media player assets

Project Member Reported by rachelis@chromium.org, Sep 29 2016

Issue description

There seems to be a legacy issue where we're using icons which are 128x28. We should update the default media player to use the correct assets.

Assets can be found in the design repo here: https://drive.google.com/corp/drive/folders/0B6x6iYCtKinEZzBnaVVKYWc1UjQ

To assess priority, are there specific issues because we don't use the exact same image sizes? Unfortunately, the way Blink handles assets is different from Chromium and we don't have the same flexibility currently. Using various dpi assets, and mobile vs desktop wouldn't be a trivial change.

+ rolfe FYI

I think that the main concerns are consistency and file size here. Rebecca - are there any other issues we should mention?

I don't think there are other issues, but if Blink requires 128x128 UX (myself or Rachel) could cut those assets for you. Just would like to keep the build size down if we can. I'm not as familiar with how Blink works.
