Issue descriptionChrome Version : 55.0.2874.0 (Official Build)Revision 3fe4bfc3b1cd9ccc14abf95597865d39ee7ae07b-refs/heads/master@{#421409} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10) Precondition: Make sure long history is present in chrome://history What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate chrome://history (2)Press tab key till focus reaches visited url. (3)Now press down arrow key such that it traverse through all url, observe. Actual: Traces of blue highlight is seen after pressing down arrow key. Expected: Traces of blue highlight should not be seen after pressing down arrow key. This is a regression issue broken in 'M55' and will soon update other info.

You are probably looking for a change made after 419955 (known good), but no later than 419956 (first known bad). Still can't see this. Either way, it's a focus outline issue in Blink, not History.
