Chrome (not system) freezee in Nvidia GTX 1070

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2873.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Youtube periodicly freeze browser
2. Also crashes some websites 
3. Is beginned when I installed Nvidia GTX 1070

What is the expected behavior?
Stable work in any system

What went wrong?
Crash in any exotic GPU. 

Crashed report ID: 

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes In AMD, and Nvidia Maxwell

Chrome version: 55.0.2873.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Also, crashing WebGL without any reasons, etc...

Do you get any crash id?  If yes,please attach here.

Don't have Nvidia GTX 1070 available here to test and confirm this. Looping MTV team for help in triaging this further.

If this is still happening, please post crash ids (from chrome://crashes) and the contents of chrome://gpu

That is problem that chrome freezing with any manipulation with player.
