What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit chrome://histograms
(2) In the developer console, do the following a few times

c = new OfflineAudioContext(5, 10, 12800);
c.createBiquadFilter()
(3) Reload the histogram page a few times.  Search for "webaudio".

What is the expected output?

There should be a few entries for WebAudio pertaining to the number of channels, length and sample rate for the offline context, and some for the biquad filter.

What do you see instead?
In ToT today this morning, there's nothing.

This worked in Chrome 55.0.2873.0 dev (64-bit) Linux.

The histogram code hasn't changed in WebAudio (although a few more histograms were added for user gesture measurements).
