Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.103 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8530.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel falco Example URL: http://video11.eduvision.tv/vod/AK_Ketchikan_k21schools_k21schools_700/renewable_nonrenewable_2014_part1_9b888648550a42bc8d3d831f396fe7b5_movconverted.mp4 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Url 2. Click Play What is the expected behavior? On any other computer / browser this video plays normally. On my chromebook with hardware acceleration disabled, it plays normally. What went wrong? It will not play. I understand there is a work around for this by disabling hardware acceleration, however with hundreds of chromebooks deployed to several schools, we would like to know what is wrong with the file in question. It is encoded in H264 which is listed as a supported format for chrome/chromeos. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 53.0.2785.103 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8530.81.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I am sorry for the issue, but unfortunately this is not a valid H264 stream. The max_dec_frame_buffering syntax element is larger than MaxDpbSize, which does not conform to the H264 specification. This is probably an issue with the encoder. I would perhaps recommend trying to re-encode this file with a different encoder.

FWIW the file is perfectly playable on Windows with DXVA acceleration using LAV Video decoder (hardware accel enabled in options), as well as in the built-in Chrome player.
